Our Mother Mary needs your help! We are down to 2 volunteers that come every Monday at St. Paul’s from 10:30 to 1:00 pm to make rosary’s that are sent all over the world. Supplies are on hand. Please find it in your heart to help out with how ever much time you can spare!
DIOCESAN ANNUAL APPEAL: St. Paul’s target amount for the 2016-17 year is $13,193.00. We can reach this goal if we all do our part. Checks are made payable to “Diocese of LaCrosse” or “Diocesan Annual Appeal”. Please return your pledge cards promptly to St. Paul’s by mail or in the collection basket. Cookie Sale: St. Anne’s PCCW Christmas Cookie sale is on Saturday, December 10th from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM and after mass on Sunday, December 11th. We ask that each family donate 4 to 5 dozen homemade cookies for this fundraiser. The cookies need to be in the basement by 5:00 PM on Friday, December 9th and we invite anyone that is interested in packing the cookies to be at the church at that time. The cookies are $5.00 for 2/doz homemade cookies. Please help support St. Anne’s with your purchase.
Christmas Memorials: “You are in my hear, in my thoughts, in my life, always...” If you wish to request a Christmas Floral Memorial this holiday season please deposit your request, including the intention & by whom with your donation, in a clearly marked envelope in the collection. Need them by Dec. 16.
There will be a joint Board/Finance/Building & Ground meeting at the Schuh residence in Oakdale Thursday evening Dec. 1st at 6:00 pm
Beginning Sunday, Dec. 4th we will be conducting a collection of baby items of all kind, also mittens, scarves an hats for the moms at Gerald Hall in Lacrosse. Please place these in the baby bassinette in the rear of our church.
The names from this year’s memory table collection will be read off on Sunday, Nov. 20th.
Our Annual Christmas Basket raffle/cookie tray sale will be on Sunday, Dec. 18th. Let’s be creative with our theme baskets. Gift certificates, money gifts are welcome s well! The CCD students will treat us to a Christmas cookie social.
Volunteers to Remove Snow From Steps and Sidewalks: Again this year we are looking for volunteers to clear snow from the steps and sidewalks at St. Mikes. There is a sign-up calendar in the church entrance. Normally there are 2 days of the week that would need attention, Wednesday evening before 6:30 CCD and Sunday morning before 8:00Mass. Shovels, salt and snow blower are provided. If you need a church key, see Terry Tiber. If you feel you physically can’t do clearing and want to make a $$$ donation for salt and gas, see Jerry Bloom.

For Sale: We have a couple of pews for sale that were removed when the new door to the ramp was installed. If interested in purchasing any of them please contact Gary Dechant. The price is negotiable but please be generous in supporting our church!
It is that time of the year again when I create the schedule for Lectors, ushers, servers, & money counters for the New Year. Anyone interested in donating their time and talent to help out in anyway they can during Mass, please let me know. Kris Madejczyk

The Camp Douglas Food Pantry is in dire need of donations at this time. Your donations can be money or food. There will be a list of needs posted in the back of the church and a box in the back of the church for your convenience. Please help out. There are several drop spots here in Camp Douglas.
Parking: For those who attend mass at St. James, parking is available in the driveway behind the church. Please enter at the far end by the rectory & pull as far ahead as you can. Those who need to use the ramp are encouraged to park in the driveway.
